Subway Vanilla Box

August 14, 2008- Total Team Construction LLC, of Waukesha, Wisconsin, has been awarded the contract to provide construction management services for the white box construction of Subway at the Midtown Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Midtown Center is owned by Inland US Management.

Total Team Construction LLC recently celebrated their company five-year anniversary. The company was established on July 9, 2003. William M. Fuchs and Matthew W. Fuchs are Owners/Members of Total Team Construction LLC (TTC). The team at TTC has over 130 years experience in construction and project management.

Company experience includes commercial retail, restaurants, tenant build-outs, assisted living apartments, site infrastructure, banks, offices and medical facilities. TTC’s theme throughout all of their projects is achieving a win-win scenario for the entire project team.
