Total Team Construction Completes the Construction of J. Bird Boutique

August 6, 2007- Total Team Construction LLC, of Brookfield Wisconsin has completed the construction management services for the tenant build out of J. Bird Boutique. J. Bird Boutique is located in the Gas Light Lofts owned by Mandel Group in the Third Ward at 415 E. Menomonee Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The official grand opening will be Tuesday, November 16^th at 11:00 a.m. J.Bird Boutique will offer women’s clothing from designers all over the world, along with jewelry from local and national artists, accessories, bath & body products and one of a kind gift items.

Total Team Construction LLC provides construction management, design/build and turnkey development services for commercial and retail projects. Founded in July of 2003, the company team has over 81 years in combined experience in the construction industry.
