Total Team Construction Awarded the Contract to Provide Construct Services for Foundations Bank & the Executive Center

October 13, 2005 - Total Team Construction LLC, of Brookfield Wisconsin has been awarded the contract to provide design/build construction management services for the Foundations Bank & Executive Center project at N35 W23878 Capitol Drive in Pewaukee, WI.

Phase I of the project will include a two-story Class A office building with full lower level. Foundations Bank will occupy 12,500 square feet, the entire first floor. Foundations Bank is a full service commercial banking facility. Foundations Bank is currently located at N35 W23770 Capitol Drive. For more information call 262 691-9400.

Key features that are unique to the project include a change ringing bell tower and site and building design to incorporate a shagbark hickory tree that is estimated to be over 100 years old. Total Team Construction LLC is also working with the City of Pewaukee to donate over forty existing trees from the site to be incorporated in local parks and at City Hall.

The ground breaking ceremony for the project will be held on Wednesday October 19, 2005 at 4:30 p.m.
